Pastor Ruth McLeod
Pastor Ruth McLeod serves as Pastor of Strength Ministries, leading through prayer, teaching, and spiritual guidance. Raised in a legacy of ministry, she is the daughter of the founders of Inspirational Church of God in Christ Jesus, Inc., Bishop Dr. Donnie McLeod, Sr., and Lady Eldress Blanche McLeod. Having been raised in the church, she has been actively involved in ministry and serving the people of God for most of her life.
Throughout the years, she has served in many areas of ministry including teaching, mentoring, church administration, and youth leadership. In 2015, she was appointed and ordained as Youth Pastor, where she faithfully served and ministered to young people for many years. She has also ministered broadly through preaching, teaching, prayer, and mentorship to both young people and adults.
Pastor Ruth carries a strong calling to prayer and intercession and is passionate about helping others grow in their faith and purpose in Christ. She also brings strong administrative and professional experience, using both spiritual and practical wisdom to strengthen ministry and leadership.


Bishop Terry McLeod
Bishop Terry McLeod serves as Bishop and spiritual overseer of Strength Ministries, providing leadership through preaching, teaching, mentorship, and pastoral guidance. Raised in a legacy of ministry, he has been actively involved in the work of the church since childhood. Bishop McLeod carries a strong heart for encouraging and strengthening the Body of Christ
He faithfully served for many years at Inspirational Church of God in Christ Jesus, Inc., founded by his parents, the late Bishop Dr. Donnie McLeod, Sr. and First Lady Eldress Blanche McLeod. Throughout the years, he served under their leadership and later alongside church leadership in various roles including Pastor, teacher, musician, and ministry support, helping strengthen both the church and the community.
Along with his wife, Minister Emelyn McLeod, Bishop McLeod founded S.T.R.N.G.T.H. Ministries International, a Christ-centered ministry focused on strengthening families and serving communities through outreach, mentorship, and biblical teaching.
He is a devoted husband to Evangelist Emelyn McLeod and a loving father to their two daughters. Bishop McLeod continues to lead with humility, compassion, and a servant’s heart.


Minister Emelyn McLeod
Minister Emelyn McLeod serves as an ordained minister at Strength Ministries and is dedicated to sharing the Gospel and uplifting lives through ministry. With a heart for outreach and encouragement, she is passionate about helping others encounter the love and power of Jesus Christ.
She has faithfully served in ministry for many years and became connected with the ministry at a young age. Over time, she has served in various capacities including choir director, singer, and ministry support, demonstrating a consistent commitment to the work of the Lord. She was ordained as a Minister under the leadership of the late Bishop Dr. Donnie McLeod, Sr.
Alongside Bishop Terry McLeod, she co-founded S.T.R.N.G.T.H. Ministries International, helping to lead initiatives focused on strengthening families and serving communities.
Minister Emelyn carries a compassionate spirit and a strong commitment to seeing lives transformed through faith, encouragement, and the Word of God.


Minister Keisha McLeod
Minister Keisha McLeod serves as an ordained minister at Strength Ministries, with a passion for serving others and strengthening lives through the Word of God. With a heart for both ministry and community, she is committed to helping others grow in their faith and walk with Christ.
She has been actively involved in ministry for most of her life, serving faithfully in various areas including music, preaching, teaching, and support within the church. Her dedication to both ministry and community outreach reflects her love for people and her commitment to the work of the Lord.
Minister Keisha carries a variety of gifts and uses them to encourage, uplift, and minister to those around her. She remains devoted to serving with excellence and contributing to a strong, faith-filled community.
